Come celebrate Mineola's Sesquicentennial

at the Spring Fling 5k, 10k, 1k Kids Run!

Run and walk open for all ages and abilities including a 1k Kids Run before the 5k/10k

- free photos

- chip timing by Vanguard Trailworks

- 1k is out and back (untimed) for Kids (under 13 years old)

- 5k is out and back (5k and 10k will be timed)

- 10k is the 5k course repeated twice, aid station every 5k loop (water/gatorade)

- medals for all participants

- results posted on the website evening of the race

- proceeds will go to benefit the Mineola Nature Preserve and City of Mineola

- T-shirts, medals and goodie bags for all participants

- Early bird pricing before April 20th registration

- T-shirt size options not guaranteed after April 20th

Date - Saturday, May 20th, 2023​

Start time - 8:15AM for 1k Kids Run,  8:30AM for 5k, 10k

Bib pick up - 7:00-8:00AM on race morning 5/20

* Virtual option just added if you would like to collect the medal and shirt but are unable to make it in person on 5/20.  Virtual option only to have the shirt and medal mailed week of 5/22.  Please use your current mailing address in the contact address form.  Virtual is $20 which includes mailing of shirt and medal for 1k, 5k, or 10k.  The virtual option is now on the active.com registration.  If you would like to register without active.com please email us at info@thefreedomrunners.com
